This was the beginning of the end of my books. "Feather Downs" was the first drawing in the last book and only 5 drawings later, everything just stopped. I blame the sudden obsession with tattered angel wings as the sole reason I haven't drawn anything years later. That or it could have been the time when a gang of hungry kids kicked my ass and damaged my drawing hand. I also recreated this drawing into an oil painting and surprisingly enough, I wasn't able to finish that either.
